Businesses that focus on guest satisfaction in general, take all risks in a professional sense, take decisions with corporate principles , not daily rules, and act according to these decisions, and do not encounter surprises. 3. The mistakes of the persons are within the scope of their responsibility in line with the agreements they have made with their wet signatures, also before the law .

GENERAL CONDITIONS
 
1.  The following conditions (..................) are included in the normal use and rental of conference, banquet, meeting, wedding, and all kinds of service areas, and within this period (. It is a binding contract for the use of goods and services offered and requested by ..................
 
2.  The organizer (organizer) must have a written agreement in order for the terms and conditions to be valid.
 
3.  The contract between the organizer and (..................) is made upon confirmation of the organizer's application. Thus, the joint work of the organizer and (..................) begins.
 
4.  If the group goes to sign a contract with a commercial AGENT or any intermediary (..................), both addressees (Organizer and Agent) are responsible for the payments to be made as per the contract. .
 
5.  (..................) is obliged to fulfill the conditions specified in the contract. (..................) assumes responsibility if it undermines the purpose of the meeting or shows obvious negligence in the services it provides or in the venues it offers to the organization. It is not responsible for the disruptions (.................) that may occur due to unforeseen reasons.
 
In addition; If there is a significant damage to both the services of (..................) and the building due to the meeting, the Organizer or its representative (........... .......) is obliged to inform the management in writing in advance.
 
6.  (..................) has to perform the services specified in the agreement with the Organizer.
 
7.  The organizer has to pay for the services received (.................) in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The same condition is also valid for the payments made by (..................) to third parties due to the organization.
 
8. Payment terms are as follows:
a. With the signing of the agreement, 30% of the estimated total account is paid in advance.
b. About 30% of the estimated total account 20 days before the group's entry.
c. The remaining cost, extra expenses and additional services during the meeting and the organization are paid when the group leaves (..................).
 
9.  (..................) has the right to receive 10% difference per month from the invoice in case of delay in payments, details of which are stated in Article 9 (ninth).
 
10.  If the prepayment is not made on the date stipulated in clause 9 (..................), he has the right to void the contract.
 
11. In  addition, (..................) has the right to cancel the contract if it has valid and sufficient reasons. For example, if events beyond the control of (..................) make it impossible to fulfill the terms of the contract, or if the organization is organized with false information and distortion of facts, or if the meeting to be held (... The contract is void if it harms the day-to-day operation, safety and reputation of (..................) can count.
 
12.  (..................) must notify the Organizer without delay that he has exercised his right of withdrawal under Article 12.
 
13.  The organizer has no right to claim any rights in cases where it is canceled by the organization (.................). International meetings are an exception.
 
14. In  case of cancellation by the Organizer, the Organizer is obliged to make the following payments:
a) Up to 10% of the estimated total account specified in the contract for cancellations made up to 90 days before the organizations agreed with (..................),
b) Up to 35% of the estimated total account specified in the contract for cancellations made up to 60 days before the organizations agreed with (.....).
c) Up to 60% of the estimated total account specified in the contract for cancellations made up to 30 days before the organizations agreed with (.....).
d) Up to 100% of the total account specified in the contract for cancellations made 7 days or less in the organizations agreed with (..................).
 
15. Payments: 
All payments are made in the currency of ………………….. with the amount specified in this contract, the prepayment amount is ……………. The remaining amount is ………………..
 
16.  Option date: 
If this contract has been duly signed by the Organizer and 10% down payment (..................) has been deposited into its official account (........... .......) is confirmed by. If the contract has not been duly signed by the organizer and the 10% prepayment has not been deposited into the (..................) account (............ ......) assumes the contract has been cancelled.
 
17.  Organizer and 3rd parties cannot bring food and beverage items from outside (..................) to any kind of organization.
 
18.  (………………) makes available the appropriate technical equipment available to the Organizer. The Organizer is responsible for the careful preservation and safe return of these equipments. In case of any damage, the material cost is paid by the Organizer to (.....).
 
19.  The organizer must obtain the written approval of (..................) for any electrical material or organization to be brought from outside. The Organizer will be held responsible for any damage to the electrical system, even if it has been approved (..................). including the 3rd parties in the organization (.................) has to pay for any material damage in the inventory within that day.
 
20.  The Organizer is responsible for the payment of the damages caused by the participants of the organization, the visitors of the organization, the personnel and the 3rd parties in cooperation with the Organizer.
 
21.  (..................) may ask the Organizer to take security measures if necessary.
 
22.  Organization details and prices and fees related to this organization, as well as additions, all terms and concepts must be made in writing.
 
23.  This agreement consists of 3 pages and 25 articles. In case of any dispute, Istanbul courts are authorized.
 
24. The  same signatures, bowls and the agreed menu organization as of date are attached.
 
25. Force majeure: 
(..................) administration of all service areas and places to be provided by force majeure, with the intervention of the government and official authorities; in cases of war, turmoil, inability to use property rights, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantine and (..................) outside the will of the administration (...... ............) un-reserved places may become impossible to supply. Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data of the persons who have Meetings, Weddings, Engagements, Special Days and their guests shall be subject to the law, for clear, legitimate purposes, by "....." as the data controller. and is processed in accordance with the rules of honesty.
 
We request your personal information from our members in order to better serve you, our guests and guests, to manage emergencies, to communicate in case of need, to improve communication with our members, to understand their needs and interests, to carry out promotional-event management activities, and to fulfill our legal obligations. It can be shared with relevant institutions and organizations if necessary and by taking necessary precautions.

1. Definition of Contract

3. Purpose

4. Terms of Use

4.2. In wedding organizations, the total balance must be completed one week (7 days) before the date of the organization.
 
4.3. The number of guests guaranteed by the supplier must be notified to the contract 48 hours before the event, provided that "........." informs them in writing. It can increase and decrease up to 5%. ".........." for events with a maximum of 300 guests expected, up to 10% more than the guaranteed number of guests, and for events exceeding 300 people, up to 5% more than the guaranteed number of guests, food and hall layout preparation will be made. . The compensation amount will be calculated as follows and invoiced to "..........". 4.6. In accordance with the law on intellectual and artistic works, the responsibility for the intellectual and artistic works to be used during the organization does not belong to "....". These responsibilities are undertaken by ".........." and the performing musicians.
 
4.7. This contract is signed by the parties and 4.1. The clause becomes effective from the date the specified advance is deposited in the hotel safe.
 
4.8. If the rates of taxes, duties, fees, etc. official expenses are increased by the official authorities and new ones are added to them, the changes will be reflected in the prices.
 
4.9. For the preparations of all activities to be held during the day, the venue will be allocated 3 hours in advance at the earliest. Event end time should not exceed 00:00.
 
4.10. ".........."; ".........." does not accept any responsibility for the private belongings of the participants and third parties (sound, music, decoration organization companies). "..........", confirms that the name lists of the third parties and/or the teams that will work for them will arrive at the hotel 2 days before the late invitation due to security reasons.

4.12. Combustible materials such as fireworks, cold fires or sparklers are only used in open air spaces, from the firing points to be determined by "....." and to be of good quality to be approved by "..." available to be used. Fireworks can be fired by the company supplying the fireworks with the permission of the governorship.
 
4.13. Responsible for all kinds of material and moral damages that "..........", ".........." guests and third parties may cause to ".........." will be held. The doctor's fee to be requested for the inconveniences that may occur during the hours when the doctor is not available at the facility belonging to ".........." will be provided, provided that it is covered by "..........".
 
4.17. Prices determined in the attached contract are valid for the organization determined on the relevant date, and are not valid for other organizations by the person or institution.
 
4.18. In case of non-compliance with the points specified in the contract, the Court and Enforcement Offices will be authorized.
 
4.19. This control consists of three (3) pages and four (4) articles signed between the parties. The banquet contract, which contains the last details of your organization dated …../…../202........., has been presented to your attention. We kindly request you to approve the "Signatures" section at the end of the page, along with the other pages, and send it to us as soon as possible.
